Processing Time All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $50
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at fishtownedesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.
